Help4You Pregnancy Text Line is a DBA and outreach of Life Shield Ministries, a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Spokane, Washington. Our mission is to share the gospel, save babies, and help families. Through our helpline, we carry out this mission by sharing God's word and offering compassionate life-affirming pregnancy support, mentorship, resources and assistance. We welcome you regardless of your beliefs or circumstances.
